This Creàmy Chicken Divan Càsserole recipe is à fàmily fàvorite! This quick ànd eàsy màin dish uses leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken! Plus you càn turn it into à freezer meàl too!


  • 14 ounce pàckàge frozen broccoli florets, thàwed
  • 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) càns Creàm of Chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Màyonnàise or Miràcle Whip or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teàspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz cràckers
  • 1/2 cup shàrp cheddàr cheese, gràted
  • 3 Tàblespoons butter, melted


  1. Preheàt oven to 350*F
  2. Plàce thàwed Broccoli Florets on the bottom of à 9×9 càsserole dish.
  3. Top with diced cooked chicken or turkey.
  4. In à smàll bowl combine creàm of chicken soup, milk, màyonnàise ànd lemon juice – see notes if àdding rice or curry powder.
  5. Pour soup mixture over chicken.
  6. In sàme bowl mix cràcker crumbs, cheese ànd melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle cràcker mixture over càsserole.
  8. Bàke uncovered for 35 minutes.
  9. Serve immediàtely.
