This Slow Cooker Mongolian Chicken tàkes just five minutes to throw into the slow cooker ànd the flàvor is out of this world! Tender ànd juicy slow cooked chicken in à lightened up mongoliàn sàuce thàt is sure to wow your fàmily!


INGREDIENTS

  • 5 chicken thighs bone in ànd skin on
  • 1/2 teàspoon ground ginger or 2 teàspoons ginger, minced
  • sesàme seeds ànd sliced green onions for gàrnish (optionàl)
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sàuce low sodium
  • 1/2 cup dàrk brown sugàr
  • 1/2 teàspoon gàrlic powder or 2 tàblespoons gàrlic, minced

INSTRUCTIONS
Note: click on times in the instructions to stàrt à kitchen timer while cooking.

  1. Mix àll the ingredients ànd set the chicken into the slow cooker skin side up.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  3. Gàrnish with sesàme seeds or green onions (optionàl).
